Adirondack Cabin
The Adirondack Cabin is a guest house located directly across the Skinner's Falls Bridge from the main house, on the Milanville, PA side of the Delaware River. Overlooking the banks of the river, the Adirondack Cabin is available for rent on a weekly basis. This rustic setting sleeps 2 adults comfortably. The Cabin is equipped with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and is fully furnished. The view just outside of the cabin is the perfect vantage point for gazing onto the river or the natural wildlife of the Upper Delaware.
The Adirondack Cabin features a full bathroom, kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances, open living space, and washer/dryer. There is a 2-night min. for the season/3-night for holidays. Rental available on a weekly basis for $945.
Our Policies:
Rates: The Adirondack Cabin is available for rent at a rate of $945 per week. The daily rate is $150 with a two night minimum plus a $40 cleaning fee.
Length of Stay: The suggested length of stay for the Adirondack Cabin is a week. The minimum stay is two nights. The minimum stay for Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) is 3 nights .
Children/Pets: No children or pets allowed.
Meals: As the Adirondack Cabin is equipped with a full kitchen and appliances, all meals are self-serve.
Electronics: As the Adirondack Cabin offers a relaxing atmosphere to unwind and unplug, there is no WIFI available. Cell phone service around the property is limited, so guests should plan accordingly.

Preferred Length of Stay: The prices reflect a two-night minimum stay for most days of the year, and three-night minimum for holiday weekends (particularly Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day). A surcharge will be added to the bill for a one-night stay request.
Pet/Children Policy: No Children or Pets are allowed.
Seasonal Availability: The rooms listed at this rate are available year round (weather permitting). To make arrangements for the off-season, please contact us.
Payment Options: Reservations can be made over the phone, with payment due upon check-in. Cash only.
